(1) The council meeting will be held as required.

(2) The council meeting will be held at the date, time and place specified by the chairman.

(3) The member secretary shall give notice to all members of the council including the agenda of the matters to be discussed in the meeting at least twenty-four hours before the meeting.

(4) If at least fifty percent of the number of members present in the council are present, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the council has been reached. .

(5) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the vice-chairman. In the absence of both the chairman and the vice chairman, the member of the council elected from among themselves will preside over the meeting of the council.

(6) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the council will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding will give the deciding vote.

( 7) The decision of the council meeting will be verified by the member secretary.

(8) Other procedures related to the council meeting will be as determined by the council itself.
